Tahwita Modern School firmly believes that education has the power to make a difference.  The TMS Students’ Association, a distinctive and essential part of the TMS® Educational System, gives students the opportunity to acquire and develop ‘life’ skills that empower them to make a difference.

The TMS Students’ Association is the students’ mini-society.  Prefects who are recruited – not elected – manage the TMS Students’ Association.

All students are encouraged to join the TMS Students’ Association and to take an active part in their education, both at the academic and non-academic levels.

By working in co-operation with, and complementing the efforts of, the administrative and academic staff, Prefects add even more value to themselves.  They also help to raise the general standard of school community; they promote high social and moral values and they encourage participation in a wide range of additional experiences and activities. TMS Students’ Association Coordinators allocate ‘real-life’ tasks to students, and advise and support them in all of their efforts.
