Tahwita Modern School seeks to work collaboratively with parents. The goal is to encourage parents to take an interest in their child’s school by participating in school activities, including academic and extracurricular programs, and regular meetings. They also actively ask for feedback, strongly encouraging people to contact the school with their questions, suggestions, comments and concerns. Any problem is investigated thoroughly and objectively, and a solution is proposed and followed up on until the problem has been resolved. Another powerful communication tool is the TMS® Web Parent website, which also provides families with school news, events and calendars. The TMS® Web Parent helps to facilitate communication between the school and parents as well as helps to make the school a true community. Parents in TMS® automatically become members of the TMS® Web Parent.
