 The strong relationship between the students and the administration is very valuable. It is this proximity that allows for trust to blossom between the two parties of a school. Administrators are available for students to discuss their concerns and seek advice from their seniors. This makes the students feel at ease and be much more comfortable with their environment. Every student in the school has the support of the extended family of the students and the senior staff. In addition to this close-knit student-senior relationship, the students are active members in the day to day workings of the school through assisting in running the disciplinary and organizational areas.
